30-day return window
Unused products may be returned within 30 days after delivery when they are in resalable condition with original packaging. Contact support before sending any item back so we can confirm the correct return address and instructions.
12-month warranty
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
- Damage from misuse, water, impact, incorrect installation or unauthorized repair is not covered.
- For compatibility problems, send photos of the device label and original part number.
Refund process
After returned items are received and inspected, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
